We recommend that you review the About LUMEN Proceedings page for the proceedings's section policies, as well as the Author Guidelines.

The paper submission to the LUMEN Proceedings Series is to be made by the Conference Chair/ Editor of the Volume, and not by each author. LUMEN uses DOIs for all its open access materials. By signing its membership agreement in 2015, LUMEN became an official valued member of Publishers International Linking Association - PILA/CrossRef. Since 2015, all journals are identifiable by DOI. All the proceedings materials published by LUMEN Proceedings Series can be accessed open access.
